DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destinations of the orders and are approximate working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from receipt and confirmation of the order via email.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The products will be delivered exclusively to the address mentioned in the form at the time of order. They are automatically calculated in the currency of the country of delivery. You accept and acknowledge that shipping options vary depending on the country to which your order must be sent. EXCELSUS S.L. undertakes to send your order as soon as possible after completing the transaction. At the time of delivery of the Products, you are responsible for immediately verifying that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way. Should the packaging be damaged, you will be responsible for taking detailed images of the box and the Products, for immediately reporting the alleged damage to the carrier in charge of the delivery (the "Carrier") via the express reservation of your rights at the time of delivery of the Products and for informing our Customer Service within three days. In the case of express reservation of your rights under the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, with the Carrier and / or our Customer Service, an investigation will be opened with the Carrier and a response will be sent to you. In the absence of such express reservation of your rights, the delivery will be considered as accepted by you and there will be no valid way to present a dispute about the packaging afterwards.

CANCELLATIONS

State of the returned product

EXCELSUS S.L. can accept unused products in their original condition and proceed to a refund if the original purchase receipt and its return authorisation number are sent with the Product. In addition, EXCELSUS S.L. will not accept any return of Products that appear to have been used or damaged. Shoes must be tried on only on a clean and carpeted surface. EXCELSUS S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return of the Products or to accept it whilst applying deduction of handling and repair costs, if the Products were returned with a seemingly damaged sole.

Refund request

The invoice and the return form will be sent to you if requested by email to preserve and protect the Environment.

Within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order, you must inform EXCELSUS S.L. of your wish to return the product(s). To request a return, you must contact EXCELSUS S.L. by sending a message using the contact form.

Customer services will respond to accept the return if it is considered viable.

Return Conditions

Shipments and returns hold no additional cost for the customer's order, except for second and subsequent returns of the same product.
You will bear no return shipping costs if you follow the following return instructions:
- You can indicate a convenient collection time for you (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). The company will schedule the collection with the transport company.
- You must return the Product in its original package and in its original box, with all related accessories included when you opened the package.
- Close the shipping package correctly. Provide the courier company with the package on the collection date as scheduled with EXCELSUS S.L. Customer Service.
You can also arrange the return with the courier service of your choice, under your responsibility, within fourteen (14) days of informing Customer Service.
In addition, you agree to take special care when packaging the Product to be returned. If the returned Product has been damaged due to improper packaging, EXCELSUS S.L. reserves the right to refuse its return or to accept it only with a partial refund (price reduced by repair costs).
After receiving your products, and provided that the return conditions are met, EXCELSUS S.L. will notify you by email that the total or partial refund of your Order is being processed. Then a refund will be issued in the same format as the original payment.
Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 (ten) working days after EXCELSUS S.L. has sent you the refund confirmation.

DEFECTS

EXCELSUS S.L. is committed to ensuring that high quality standards are continuously met in the service of all products. Each product is checked before being sent.

However, if your Product shows any defect, contact Customer Service immediately, and not later than five (5) days from the date of delivery, at the following email address: customerservice@excelsus.es

In this case, you must indicate in your email the alleged defect and attach supporting documents (detailed photos of the Product, purchase date, Order number, etc.).

After considering these elements, EXCELSUS S.L. reserves the right to recover the Product in order to carry out a physical investigation.

Should a defect be recognised, EXCELSUS S.L. undertakes to replace the defective Product such as available stocks allow, or to partially or totally reimburse the purchase price, depending on the nature of the defect.

EXCELSUS S.L. reserves the right to refuse the follow-up of a late claim, a claim related to a defect for which you are responsible, or that derives from the nature of the Product (certain Products may have some irregular parts and / or irregularities that are parts of the service process or to do with the material used).

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Excelsus takes the measures that are within its reach so that the photographs shown are as close as possible to the original products, including the technological means available to reduce inaccuracies as much as possible.

Colour variations may be possible due to the resolution and technical colour characteristics of the customer's computer screen. Because of the above, Excelsus accepts no responsibility for any graphic variation of its products shown on its website.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Subject to the possible liability arising from a defect, EXCELSUS S.L. will only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct, either in relation to the conclusion or performance of the Transaction or in relation to your use of the Site.

EXCELSUS S.L. strongly recommends that you consult a leather care professional or a shoemaker for specific advice.

To keep your products in good condition, it is recommended to carry out general leather care as follows:

- Keep the leather area clean and dry with a soft dry cloth;
- Always store your products away from light and heat;
- Protect your good leather from rain and moisture;
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
